Chris Tweed is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Behavioural Finance. A Chartered Financial Planner with an MBA from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School where he is a Fellow and lectures MBA and entrepreneurship students. Chris combines deep practitioner experience with entrepreneurial leadership. He has co-founded and scaled one of Scotland’s largest St. James's Place financial planning firms and is recognised as a thought leader in financial services, often contributing to industry panels and regulatory change initiatives.
A seasoned FinTech operator responsible for scaling the company. Chris brings experience from innovative money management app HyperJar, where he was pivotal to its growth.
The architect of our secure and scalable platform. Alan joined from St. James's Place, where as Head of Architecture, he engineered enterprise-grade financial systems.
Callum is Product Director for Auto.End-to-End, an award winning paraplanner, Chartered Financial Planner and manager, he is also a co-founder of Tweed Paraplanning. At Behavioural Finance, Callum is the principal designer behind Auto.End-to-End, where he specialises in translating real-world advisory workflows into scalable technology products.
Calum is Product Director for AutoSL. An experienced paraplanner and manager by trade, he is also a co-founder of Tweed Paraplanning. At Behavioural Finance, Calum is the principal designer behind AutoSL and pioneered the platform’s early rollout in 2024, bringing his deep paraplanning knowledge to bear on day-to-day product decisions.
Will has over 25 years experience in technology working in a wide variety of sectors. Prior to Behavioural Finance, Will was Head of Development for an award winning Diabetes startup which went on to achieve global success.
Dr Bryce is currently the Lord Mayor City of London's Research Fellow working on research, dissemination and engagement activities related to regulating and managing risk in the UK financial services industry for growth.
Michael Dowling is Professor of Financial Technology in Dublin City University and previously head of the AI-driven Business Centre in Rennes, France. He published the first finance research article on Generative AI in finance (covered in Financial Times, World Economic Forum). Michael is the AI lead for the International Capital Markets Association, delivering their first AI course in June to debt capital market professionals.
Michael is Proposition Director for Origen Financial Planning, a role which gives him critical insight into the wider financial advice sector.
